Quick & vegan cookie recipe

The classic among Christmas recipes. Here you will find a delicious and quick vegan cookie dough recipe for cutting out.

The following recipe is:

  • Vegan
  • Without butter
  • Without Egg
  • Without milk
  • simple and with few ingredients

You will need the following ingredients for about 35-50 cookies:

  • 300 grams of wheat flour (wheat flour 405, wheat flour 550 or spelt flour 630)
  • 200 grams of vegan margarine
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar (normal sugar also works as an alternative)
  • optional 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (about 2 grams)

Preparation:

1. Mix 300 grams of flour, 100 grams of powdered sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt together in a bowl.

2. Add 200 grams of vegan margarine to the bowl and knead well.

3. Form the dough into a ball and then wrap it in a piece of cling film. Then store it in the fridge for 1 hour.

4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat)

5. Sprinkle the work surface with flour so that the dough does not stick. Take the chilled dough out of the fridge and then roll it out (approx. 5-6 cm)

6. Cut out cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

7. Now bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 10 minutes.

8. Be careful! Let the cookies cool down a little and then enjoy.
